The representative will assist families in finding child/elder care resources and/or assist customers with their employer-based tuition assistance program. The representative will receive frequent inbound and make outbound phone calls throughout the workday.Responsibilities:Handle incoming calls, chats, and emails to provide timely and effective customer service.Collect essential information from customers to understand their needs and offer appropriate solutions or resources.Keep clients informed about the next steps and provide timely updates on when they will receive further assistance from the team.Accurately document all customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions.Address customer questions regarding benefits, services, or issues related to our online portal, ensuring clear and helpful communication.Follow established matrices and protocols to ensure consistency and quality in service delivery in a timely matter.Qualifications/Skills:To excel in this role, you will need the following qualifications and skills:High School DiplomaMinimum 2 year customer service experience preferredProficiency in Microsoft Office (primarily Outlook)Telephonic troubleshooting abilityExceptional time management, communication, and organizational skillsAbility to learn various computer-based case management systemsSchedule flexibility – Shifts may include evenings and/or weekends.
