Apply now.Career Level - IC0Responsibilities:What to expect?As a Functional Support Analyst (ERP) - Intern / Coop in the Customer Support Team, you will:Participate in hands-on group training to learn about the NetSuite product, business processes and a variety of competency areas (e.g., communication, client relations, problem solving, case investigation) to effectively troubleshoot solutions for customersHandle cases independently by applying an analytical approach to troubleshooting and interacting with customers (e.g., Accounting / IT staff & leaders) to respond to their inquiries about the Order to Cash process (e.g., sales, invoicing, payment)Work independently and collaborate as a team to help customers best utilize the NetSuite product (e.g., resolve errors in data analyses, create custom reports or saved searches, review accounting preferences & features)Participate in activities and contribute ideas that constantly help improve the Oracle NetSuite platforms and productsQualifications:Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations onlyOracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.About Us:As a world leader in cloud solutions, Oracle uses tomorrow's technology to tackle today's problems.
