We are also a part of the Assurance Technical and Training (ATAT) and we are working closely with Learning and Development, to provide a cohesive service.As a Training and Development Manager your responsibilities will include:Liaising with all stakeholders, incl. Training and Development Lead, to ensure all are kept up to date with relevant training and that feedback is taken into accountOrganising, developing, reviewing and delivery of training to agreed timescalesPrepaing proposals for developing training, attending all relevant internal meetings and training sessions and developing a network of contactsManaging/co-managing a limited portfolio of audit clients to maintain knowledge and experience of current practices and issuesQualificationsTo be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:Qualified by experience (ACA, CA, ACCA) with significant external audit experience gained within a professional services environmentDemonstrable working knowledge of accounting and auditing standards, industry specifics and their application.Good working knowledge of skill requirements of staff at various levels to ensure work is undertaken by appropriate individual.Very good communication skills to liaise with all stakeholdersDesired skills:Previous experience in developing and delivering practical trainingA strong appetite to see people develop and improve audit qualityAbility to develop and present practical audit content at a high level, responsive to the needs of the businessAdditional InformationAs a colleague here at Evelyn Partners you will have access to benefits that include:Competitive salaryPrivate medical insuranceLife assurancePension contributionGenerous holiday packageOption to purchase additional holidayShared parental leaveWe are proud to value the differences that a diverse workforce brings, representative of society and our clients.
