Linsco are currently recruiting for a project manager for a reputable contractor of ours to start work on a construction site in Preston.We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee the final stages of our construction project, focusing specifically on the car park areas. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing construction projects, ensuring that all deliverables are met on time, within scope, and budget. This role requires exceptional communication skills, the ability to coordinate with various stakeholders, and a strong focus on quality assurance.Key Responsibilities:Project Oversight: Manage the completion of car park areas, ensuring all tasks are executed as per the project plan.Coordination: Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of all components.Time Management: Develop and maintain a detailed project schedule, tracking progress and making adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines.Budget Control: Monitor project expenditures, ensuring costs remain within the allocated budget.
