Safety AdministratorCompany: Precision Plumbing and Service, Operating Company with Comfort Systems USALocation: Matthews, North CarolinaSalary: In the $50,000 range annually, plus medical, vision, and dental insurance; 401k with company match; 80 hours of PTO to use from date of hire until the end of the year.Precision Plumbing, located in Matthews, NC, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Safety Administrator to join our team. This position is a great opportunity for you to start your career in safety.Position Summary: Under the guidance of the Safety Director, the Safety Administrator is responsible for ensuring the utmost safety within our operations. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of safety regulations and the ability to enforce compliance across all personnel. Ability to use Microsoft Office software and other software.Preferred- Someone who is Bilingual in Spanish and EnglishPhysical Demands: Capable of physical work on job sites, including outdoor environments and varying weather conditions.Work Environment: Comfortable with non-climate-controlled environments and potentially noisy job site conditions.Authority and Duties:Manages job site safety in accordance with company policies and regulatory standards.Conducts safety coaching and ensures ongoing compliance among team members.Investigates accidents and implements corrective actions to prevent future incidents.Maintains safety documentation and reports for regulatory and internal purposes.Collaborates with management and field staff to address safety concerns and implement improvements.Why Join Us: Precision Plumbing offers a supportive work environment where safety is paramount.
