The Restaurant Supervisor is responsible for the daily operations of the front of the house, providing professional leadership and direction to dining room personnel. Hires and trains employees, under general direction of the Director of F&B.The responsibilities of this role include:Providing suggestions and implementing ideas on improving the efficiency of serviceMaintaining and managing the point of sale systemOverseeing front of the house labor and food presentationEnsuring passing scores in state, local and 3rd party sanitation audits and inspectionsQualificationsTo be successful in this position, we believe that you need the following experiences, strengths, and skills:A big smile, eagerness to learn, and compassion for our residentsComfortable with technologyAbility to build relationships with residents, family members and guests that we serveMinimum requirement of high school diploma or equivalentCollege or culinary training preferred, or extensive front of the house experienceAdditional InformationIf you join Spectrum as a full-time team member, your story will include eligibility for medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life insurance, and other voluntary insurance options.
