We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Representative to join the team at our site in Knoxfield (Victoria).The key focus of this role will be to:Providing high level customer service support and administration support to both internal/ external stakeholders via phone and email.Utilizing our various applications to set up customers into our system and liaise with them regarding their order specificationsManagement of cases within CRM system to achieve recommended close out times and effective resolution for customersProviding prompt communication to suppliers and customers with regards to order status when required.Ensuring customer queries are handled efficiently and to the customer's satisfactionDeveloping strong ongoing relationships with customersExperience working in a manufacturing/ warehousing/ FMCG environment would be highly regardedDiscover your sustainable future…We can offer a varied career journey with experiential learning gained from cross-functional and lateral moves.
