A well-established, global fashion company are currently looking for an International Business Development Manager , US, Europe, and the UK to join their growing and dynamic team. The focus will be on Jersey and Knitwear. Ideal candidates should have a proven history of generating substantial business for their current employers and maintaining strong relationships with their existing clients.Experience working in Fashion with Retailers is essentialThe Role:Identify and develop new business opportunities in the US, Europe, and the UK that align with the company’s profile and capabilities, while also developing and maintaining international sales strategies.Collaborate with our partner factories in Turkey, China, Bangladesh, India, Egypt, and the UK to ensure our product offerings meet the needs of both prospective customers and BHM Group.Manage key accounts from initial contact through to the onboarding stage.Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis.Meet sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth.Travel internationally as required to visit potential customers and partner factories.Flexible/remote working options are available, though some office travel will be necessary.Skills Required:At least 4 years of relevant experience in Business Development roleKnitwear experience working with a retailer or fashion supplierStrong skillset in Sales within a Business Development role and be able to demonstrate significant experience in the supply chain/global warehousing & distribution/integrated freight management services knowledgeStrong ability to understand, communicate with, and effectively interact with people across cultures and countriesResults oriented approach with excellent analytical and organizational skillsStrong oral and written communication skills, as well as experience communicating and influencing with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels across multiple business unitsAn entrepreneurial mindset, with the tenacity to develop ideas independently and thrive in fast-paced environment is crucial.Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
