Liberty Consulting and Management is seeking to expand its Customer Service Representative team in the local Manhattan area.As a Customer Service Representative, you will:Follow up directly with customers to provide them insight on service, promotions, sales, and telecommunication packagesBecome an expert on the program by attending daily client meetings to stay up to date with services and sales goalsUpsell products and services that will be beneficial and to increase sales marginsAchieve or exceed individual and team sales goalsMaintain detailed records and daily communications with customersCreate positive and professional relationships with customersWe are looking for our Customer Service Representatives to not only become successful in the role but also grow with us.
