Solar Screen has elevated excellent service, product expertise and innovation to its DNA to support yearly double-digit growth over the last 6 years. Today, we are looking for an experienced Creative Director.Your roleReporting to the Head of Marketing, and managing a team of 4 people, your key responsibilities will include:1. Creative Management:Develop and execute a creative vision aligned with business and brand objectives.Oversee the creation and production of visual content for all three brands (Solar Screen, Cover Styl, and Protector), ensuring quality, style, and consistency across every channel.2. Brand Strategy:Develop innovative and differentiated multi-channel (Print & Digital) brand strategies for each brand, focusing on building a strong visual and narrative identity.Collaborate with marketing teams to integrate creative strategy into global campaigns and communication initiatives.3. Cross-functional Collaboration:Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to understand the objectives and needs of each brand and integrate creativity into all initiatives.Establish and maintain effective working relationships with external agencies, suppliers, and creative partners.4. Team Development:Mentor and develop a team of creative professionals, guiding them in achieving their goals and fostering a collaborative and stimulating work environment.Foster innovation and creative excellence within the team by encouraging calculated risks and supporting the exploration of new ideas.Lead and inspire a team of creatives, including graphic designers and a videographer, to ensure quality execution and meet deadlines.Your ProfileDemonstrated experience as a creative director or in a similar role, ideally in a marketing, agency, or advertising environment.Ability to motivate and lead a multidisciplinary creative team.Proven expertise in managing creative projects from conception to production, while meeting deadlines and budgets.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present and defend creative concepts to various stakeholders.Strong artistic sensibility and deep understanding of current visual and cultural trends.Ability to work collaboratively and establish effective working relationships with a variety of individuals and departments.Fluent in French/English.Jobs.lu
