Join us and empower yourself to be your best!YOUR SCHEDULEThis is a full- or part-time cooking position with a flexible schedule; open availability is preferred.YOUR DAY AS A SOUS CHEF - COOKAs a full- or part-time Commissary Sous Chef, your days will be spent helping the Executive Chef prepare and cook foods, coordinating the activities of cooks and other food-service associates, and assuming responsibility for the kitchen and food-service associates in the absence of the Executive Chef. You will ensure that all deadlines are met based on production orders, supervise hourly food service associates, and maintain proper food handling, presentation, portion control, and sanitation procedures.
