It starts with YES!At Optus, we have an ambitious goal to be Australia’s most loved everyday brand.We are seeking 2 Collections Officer's 1 x permanent and 1 x contract for all end-to-end actions and decisioning making process for new and existing customers within Enterprise Collections. The role will have an overall impact to the customer lifecycle throughout the period of their contracts with Optus, so it is imperative that appropriate networking and relationship skills are utilized. Success within this role will ensure customer satisfaction, revenue growth, collection of debt within agreed terms, improved cash flow and mitigate bad debt exposure for.The role is responsible to oversee the end-to-end collection of accounts which includes supporting and direct involvement in the Dispute Resolution process within Billing & Credit.
