Job Description:Sales Coverage Support AnalystThe Sales Coverage Support Analyst works with the Sales team to support them in their client facing activities. The Sales Coverage Support Analyst will not undertake any revenue generating activity. The Sales Coverage Support Analyst may analyse client and market data, create presentation material and facilitate interactions with new and existing clients to allow the Sales team to make efficient use of sales opportunities. They may be involved in liaising and support the client in account related activities through their strong understanding of the roles, responsibilities and processes that are pertinent to the client’s interaction with the Bank.In addition, Sales Coverage Support work to ensure adherence to applicable internal policies and external legal/regulatory frameworks. Ongoing relationships with Sales Coverage team. Working relationships with origination, trading, client services, operations staff – if applicable & to the degree that is commensurate with the business area - to both gather information and direct client enquiries the most appropriate point to effectively resolve issues.Key responsibilities:Helping client advisors identify new opportunities and undertaking research requests. Write client’s profile for onboarding purposeInteract with clients and their representatives during onboarding stageMaintain close contact with clients in conjunction with the assigned Client AdvisorAssist in preparing meetings and provide comprehensive overview about the bank, products and services. Draft call reports when present in client meetingInteract with clients frequently for the operational mattersDraft and know KYC (Know your Client), understand the necessary documentsProvide and maintain periodic client reviews in line with KYC policies and procedures. Support to perform reviews within the deadline and proactively escalate issues when appropriateProvide excellent execution services of all kind of transaction requirements and product application processes: transfers and payments, deposit placement, statements & documents, lending applications, products’ roll-over, mortgage drawsBack up client advisor for the all office activitiesParticipate in the continuous assessment and recommend actions to improve the client coverage processes and operation modelSkills and experience:Good problem-solving skills, multitasking, attention to detail and accuracyStrong teamwork and organizational skills, ability to work under strict deadlinesStrong customer relationship, communication and presentation skills.Positive attitude and dynamic working approachAbility to work under pressure, taking full ownership of tasksExcellent level of English and Spanish.User expertise on Banking IT platform Avaloq is a plus.The candidate will be asked to present a criminal record.Our values define the working environment we strive to create – diverse, supportive and welcoming of different views.
