With a strong focus on transactional work, we advise clients on a wide range of corporate matters, including cross-border transactions, private equity deals, joint ventures, and corporate restructurings.Role purposeA six-month internship in our Real Estate - Corporate M&A department from January to June 2025 which is covered by an internship agreement.Key requirementsYou are currently preparing for a Master in Law, LL.M or preparing a Bar in any European jurisdiction.You are looking for an internship as part of your Master's degree, a gap year or for your PPI at the French Bar.You have strong analytical skills, attention to detailsYou have a strong interest in Real EstateYou are a highly motivated student fluent in French and English and have good writing skills in both languages as you will work on international matters.A&O Shearman is a new global industry-leading law firm, with 48 offices in 29 countries worldwide.
