This is where your role as a Partner Delivery Manager is so instrumental.
As part of our Partner Delivery Operations Center (PDOC), within our Industry Solutions organisation, your role will overlap both sales and delivery as you champion high quality throughout presales and delivery, providing governance oversight to a portfolio of GSI partner deliveries and serve as the primary contact for senior customer and partner stakeholders. .
You will build your network as you manage a portfolio of partner-led delivery engagements as well as presales, engaging with our customers and sales teams.. It’s a fast paced role where your commercial nous will be honed as you build compelling PDOC proposals, as well as taking accountability for what we deliver to the customer through our partners.
With the pleasure you find in overseeing and engaging partner organisations, you will act as the first point of contact in multimillion dollar cloud transformation projects and be instrumental in guiding and challenging these partners to deliver successful outcomes for our customers.
PDOC
The Partner Delivery Operations Center is designed to provide centralized pre-sales and delivery management services, at the regional level, for GSI partner-led delivery. The role of PDOC is to ensure the successful management of the customer and partners in the delivery execution. As such, the PDOC capability will range from working with customers and account sales teams through to managing a select group of Global System Integrator (GSI) partners to ensure consistent and quality delivery to the customer.

This role interacts with numerous stakeholders and a critical part of the role is building and maintaining relationships with people both inside and outside of the organisation. You will also be responsible for:
Pre-sales Orchestration
Relationship Development/Management - You will engage with customers and partners, drive high customer satisfaction, manage expectations, address customer feedback, and resolve escalations.

Delivery Management
Planning

Establishes clear expectations and accountabilities with partner team members and stakeholders

Initiate Sales to Delivery handovers and work with partner team on resourcing and project start

Identifies and supports key delivery objectives, risks, and drivers and creates plans to manage these elements

Track, manage, and report program financials – Identify risk to project budget and work with project teams to remediate

Deliver the project or solution as per the baseline scope, cost & schedule.
Monitoring & Controlling –

Proactively ensures adherence to key performance indicators (KPIs) and provides strategic direction to drive success.

Ensure high quality delivery without any escalations.

Status reporting & managing executive communications - Reports on program level status and delivery status to executive stakeholders
Closure

Drive timely customer delivery acceptance and project closure with Scale PMO team

Participate in, facilitate post project, and phase reviews to cultivate a learning organization
Your excellent communication skills and ability to manage a range of stakeholders will be critical to you being successful in this role. You will also be able to demonstrate:

Extensive experience in a delivery management role within a large enterprise organisation

A history of overseeing activities within the pre-sales cycle, operating as a key part of deal constructions

A background as a Project or Delivery Manager working for a Consulting organisation
-
Currently hold a PMP (PMI) Certification (or similar)

Experience working with offshore development organizations.

Experience managing or working with partners on technology projects

Familiarity with cloud transformation and knowledge of the terminology and processes involved

An ability to build, extend and maintain senior client relationships with CIO, CEO and CFO executive steering committee members
