About the role
The Junior Financial Planning Analyst (12 month fixed term contract) supports in the delivery of external and internal reporting commitments, actively participates in all finance cycle processes (reporting, estimates, Budget) whilst supporting the team for all ad-hoc queries.
This role works across EMEA / America’s reporting teams, in collaboration with Transformation & Pricing analyst as part of the FP&A Team based in London.
The purpose of this role is to support the analysts while developing technical skills & developing business insights to influence future changes within a very dynamic business unit.
Key responsibilities
Maintain data mapping from various systems, working with the IT Data Steward to assess & address any variances.
Supporting internal compliance & audit processes with accurate documentation & fling of correspondance
Accurate & timely reconciliation of various payables components in collaboration with the accounting team & wider business.
Maintenance & active reconciliations of standard costs components within reporting
Supporting the Pricing analyst with price loading & checks.
Assist the team with reporting deadlines (calculations/checks/variance analysis/data tracking).
Assist in building forecasting models to calculate the revenue for budget/estimate
Half year and year end requirements Ad hoc duties/projects

Happy to commit to a 12 month fixed term contract
Excellent attention to detail is critical for this role.
Determination & ownership of a process – while able to collaborate & communicate effectively with others as part of a larger process.
Experience in manipulating large volumes of data, creating top level summaries, and extracting insightful outputs.
Proactive, quick learner
Able to adapt to different cultures.
Advanced excel skills.
Prior finance internships in FP&A and/or Commercial finance
Experience in FMCG, retail or drinks industry
Degree educated
