The Role
The Digital Investment Exec will report into the Digital Operations Director but will work closely with the Head of Digital Investment & Commercial Operations and the wider Commercial Operations team. The role is to support the team across trading & investment, digital activation, and the Havas Engagement Programme to deliver on both client and business objectives. Whilst supporting the Comm Ops team the candidate will work closely with both large and small media brands, including but not limited to Google, Twitter, Amazon and TikTok, building strong relationships to help grow business and drive efficiencies.
Havas Digital Community
Although the role sits within the Commercial Operation Team the candidate will be required to work closely with the wider Digital Community to support delivery of the digital investment strategy. With the Digital Community sitting across various agencies and teams including client planning, programmatic hub, social and performance teams, it is imperative the candidate has exceptional communication skills, the ability to multitask and know when to escalate problems as appropriate.
This role offers the right candidate a fantastic opportunity to develop a wide, yet deep understanding of digital media, coupled with a holistic understanding of how a media business operates and to help shape the digital investment strategy and support in building a digital community that is fit for the future.
Responsibilities include:
Trading & Investment
-
Support Digital Operations Director with monthly forecasts, working closely with activation teams to ensure accurate and timely entry of numbers.

Responsible for collating and entering monthly media owner spends across 60+ partners.

Build and maintain key relationships both internally and externally with all trading partners to grow and enhance our reputation in the marketplace

Supporting with the deal management process with invoicing and payment
Havas Engagement Program (HEP)

Support with the management and coordination of HEP events. Scheduling dates and working alongside other Havas stakeholders, avoiding event clashes and ensuring agency engagement.

Liaising with media owners to align on requirements to manage and meet expectations for service delivery.

Assist with the tracking of planned and delivered services across 40+ partners and the associated income attributed.

Prepared to be hands on for media owner HEP events, hosting media owners and liaising with the Havas Events team.
Finance
-
Assist with the month end reconciliation process across the Paid Social and Programmatic teams. Including pulling reports, checking on progress and reporting on delays and errors.

Understand the end-to-end booking to reconciliation process to help support and guide the specialist teams, protecting company revenue.
Best Practice

Build an in-depth knowledge of digital media space, including attending industry events, including supporting HEP events.

Participating in industry and media owner training for personal growth and a better understanding of the products we work with on a daily basis.
