Our Early Intervention in Psychosis (EIP) Service, based in Kings Lynn is seeking an energised Community Team Manager, to join their existing team.
The EIP Service look after people in the Norfolk and Waveney area experiencing a first episode of psychosis and typically work with them for up to 3 years. Our dedicated team works flexibly between 8am-6pm, Mon-Fri and as this is a part time post, your hours can be flexible to suit you.
From our base in Kings Lynn, we work collaboratively and have strong links with teams across our patch in Norfolk and throughout the system including social care.
You’ll be joining a diverse team including registered nurses, peer support workers, psychologists, clinical nurse specialist and dedicated admin to name a few! This is a predominantly managerial position but there will be the opportunity for you to take on a small caseload.

The role of Community Team Manager is really important to the ongoing success of our service; this post will provide you with the opportunity to develop and work within a specialist MDT setting, you’ll be able to support individual staff with developing their performance in their clinical work, as well as supporting with safeguarding and quality assurance.

The Trust has now introduced a DBS Update Service which is a contractual requirement. You need to subscribe when you have applied for your DBS clearance and there is a time limit to subscribe of 19 days after receipt of your DBS disclosure. Please ensure that this is completed within the set time scale.
This update service is an annual subscription at a cost of £13 to you. This will enable the Trust to have instant online access to your DBS record, with your consent, and so will remove the need for you to have to apply for this repeat check again.
