Practice Analyst – Project Management
London/Hybrid
We are looking for a highly motivated and versatile Practice Analyst to join our IT Practice Management Team with the aim of promoting consistency, efficiency and quality outcomes across all functions within EO Technology Services.
Your primary focus will be establish or improve the key frameworks, processes and tools that support the Project Management Practice. This will include ensuring they are well documented, communicated and understood across all relevant stakeholders and that they are optimised for effectiveness and efficiency.

Your responsibilities for this role may include, but are not limited to:
Actively look for ways to continuously improve the services delivered by the EO IT Project and Programme Managers, helping to identify, and resolve or remove, issues and obstacles.
Participate in community forums and events, fostering good working relationships with Programme and Project Managers distributed across the department.
Documenting as-is and to-be processes.
Running workshops to understand the as-is, the current issues and requirements.
Defining and agreeing new processes, templates, forums or standards
Training the community on changes.
Undertake governance and assurance activities.
Support and assist in administration of project reviews, ensuring lessons learned are adequately captured and fed back into continuous improvement plans.
Promote the adoption of best practice and acceptable standards across the team in terms of core skills such as planning, risk & issue management, timely escalation, stakeholder management and reporting.
You will need to be able to display you have the following qualifications and experience, or clear potential to develop these:
Demonstrable experience within Project Management
Understanding of full end-end project delivery lifecycles
Stakeholder and Relationship management Skills
Knowledge of change management and programme management methodologies, tools and techniques
