Introduction
As a Package Consultant at IBM, get ready to tackle numerous mission-critical company directives. Our team takes on the challenge of designing, developing and re-engineering highly complex application components and integrating software packages using various tools. You will use a mix of consultative skills, business knowledge, and technical expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into our clients' business environment and achieve business results.

Your Role and Responsibilities

As an experienced Oracle Talent and Learn Cloud consultants joining our expanding team, you will :
  • Lead implementation of business processes in Oracle HCM Talent Management and Learning Management modules.
  • Lead Talent and Learning Management business process sessions to understand business requirements, identify requirement gaps, solution gaps, areas of improvement and key decisions.
  • Apply business process and system expertise to bring forth leading practice recommendation in the area of Talent and Learning management that maximize process efficiencies/effectiveness and minimize future state maintenance efforts.
  • Use in-depth consulting skills, business knowledge, and packaged solution to achieve client expected business results through process design, product configuration & prototypes, functional design, product personalization/customization and testing the application.
  • Educate and ensure the client takes advantage of Oracle HCM best practices and identify opportunities to position additional service offerings to clients.
  • Provide the engagement manager with status reports and keep them apprised of overall project status.
  • Participate in training and other events that help share one's product skills with other practitioners

You will deliver the implementation for Cloud Talent Management and Learn using your in-depth consulting skills, business knowledge, and solution expertise to ensure a successful project delivery.



Required Technical and Professional Expertise
We are looking for a professional such as an Oracle HCM Cloud Talent Management and Learn consultant with :
  • experience of configuring, testing and rolling out the delivery of the Talent Management and Learn modules across all phases of the project lifecycle.
  • detailed knowledge of configuring Oracle Cloud Talent Management and Learn elements; goals, profiles, performance reviews, Learning catalogue, assignments, approvals etc.
  • and capacity to gather requirements, run workshops, configure modules and system test, support business testing, identify workarounds and solutions for business challenges and support post go live.
