Managing ecommerce strategy for customers in the fastest growing eCommerce sub channel including responsibility for account planning, reporting and monthly forecasting for multiple accounts with direct budget management.
Planning, negotiating and executing a comprehensive activation strategy for the total UK Quick Commerce landscape for both the on and off-trade.
Track, measure performance and deliver on commercial and marketing metrics, such as market share, game plan adherence and share of visibility.
Be at the forefront of our organisational learning – educating key stakeholders on how to optimise performance within these channels - we want you to become the expert in this burgeoning area.
Evaluate Return on Media Investment (ROI) to maximise spend efficiency
Partner with our eRetail data team to improve visualisation of ABI and Category Data within PowerBI and using these to create shopper insights that close gaps and open opportunities within our partners
Lead the global Quick Commerce strategy agenda - working with the global team to develop and execute projects with key Q Comm partners that are present worldwide.
Build and execute the on-trade Quick Commerce strategy and lead the Quick Commerce arm of the UK eCommerce 1 Year and 3 Year Planning process
Excellent strategic and analytical thinking, with an ability to identify opportunities and make these happen. We expect our team members to learn quickly and handle challenges.
Someone who can build and deliver bold strategic short, medium & long term vision – as well as adapt and pivot to external market trends and internal KPIs.
Strong data literacy, someone who can leverage internal and external data sources – to translate data into meaningful information, actions for our teams/ retail partners & recommendations to drive or close gaps
We require someone with exceptional people skills with a demonstrated ability to establish & activate great networks, who can influence stakeholders and bring them on the eRetail journey
Strong organizational skills with an eye for establishing operational process and routines.
A highly skilled Excel user and, ideally, experience with PowerBI.
Previous experience in an account management role / customer facing role. We need someone who can work their way round a P&L.
Manage multiple tasks at once, while merging innovation with technology-based sales
