Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and dynamic Influencer Marketing Intern to join our team. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective influencer marketing strategies on different platforms. Your primary focus will be to engage with industry influencers, build partnerships, and create impactful campaigns that drive brand awareness, increase engagement, and generate leads.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute innovative influencer marketing strategies.
- Identify and build relationships with key influencers, thought leaders, and industry experts.
- Collaborate with influencers to create compelling content that aligns with our brand values and resonates with our target audience.
- Manage influencer campaigns from start to finish, including outreach, negotiation, contract management, content creation, and performance tracking.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our campaigns are innovative and effective.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, social media, and content, to ensure alignment and integration of influencer efforts with overall marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience) preferred.
- Skilled English
- Native Chinese
- Proven track record of successfully implementing influencer marketing campaigns preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of Chinese and UK social media platforms, its features, and best practices for engagement and visibility.
- Strong understanding of influencer marketing principles and strategies.
- Excellent Mandarin and English communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with influencers and internal teams.
- Proficiency in using analytics tools to measure campaign performance and derive insights for optimization.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop unique and engaging content ideas.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a passion for staying updated on industry trends and advancements in influencer marketing.

Job Type: Part-time
Salary: £150.00-£200.00 per month
