Working at our contract based at one of the world’s top business school London Business School you will work with our onsite team and external providers to help co-ordinate all event requirements across the schools events portfolio.
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday with occasional weekend work for high profile events
Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring compliance with delivery procedures and that all documentation is collated and stored effectively
- Verifying that incoming deliveries correspond to the quality and quantity ordered and keeping the retail and hospitality departments informed of any delays or rejected items, later following up with the suppliers too.
- Processing daily delivery notes and invoices via the purchasing system (P2P)and ensuring the accuracy of invoice to delivery
- Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of loading bay and store areas.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and food hygiene control measures in line with company policy
- Ensure weekly and monthly stock takes are accurate and entered onto accounting system to required timelines, with all updated product prices entered prior to any count taking place
- Work closely with assistant store person to ensure deliveries between our different buildings are completed in a timely and organised fashion to limit amount of second runs required
Working Pattern: 40 Hours, Mon- Fri
Skills and Experience
- Previous experience with receiving stock/goods or in a storekeeping capacity required.
- Friendly personality who enjoys working with both processes and people equally.
- High proficiency in relevant computer software applications especially Microsoft office and excel
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, highly adaptable, naturally positive.
- Flexibility and capability of working under pressure within a fast-paced environment.
- Current clean driving licence
- Knowledge of P2P system preferred

As part of your package, we are offering a salary of £30,500
