About the role:


You will join a team of HR Business Partners- we call them People Point of Contacts (PPOC) in the Redkite world. We all support different teams, but our North star is aligned- enabling the best people experience by offering personalised support to our team to ensure people challenges are solved effectively.

The right individual in this role will have a chance to shape different people processes and partner with business leaders to maintain positive people outcomes.

Requirements

  • 6+ years’ experience working in a HR Business Partner or similar role.
  • A good understanding of UK employment legislation and compliance requirements (CIPD best practice). Equally an awareness of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes.
  • Significant experience managing complex employee relations cases to resolution.
  • The skillset to balance both strategic / design work as well a hands-on operational role running people processes.
  • Experience partnering with business leaders, supporting scaling teams on a large variety of People topics.

On a day-to-day basis you'll be:


  • Providing guidance and support to stakeholders on a wide range of People matters, including but not limited to, talent management, employee relations, performance management, and organisational design.
  • Partnering with our most senior members as their People Point of Contact, supporting and challenging the business on the employee life cycle processes.
  • Developing people processes, policies, systems, and metrics to support the business units.
  • Supporting on employee engagement initiatives, ensuring a positive and inclusive work environment that fosters employee morale, satisfaction, retention and promotes a high-performance culture.

It's a bonus if you:


  • Have worked with international team and possess a good understanding of the different employment law and compliance processes. (We have global expansion plans and whilst this is experience is not required yet, it could be beneficial for the future).
  • Have worked in a management consulting or other professional services organisations.

Compensation
In addition to the competitive base salary you’ll also receive:
  • Discretionary company bonus
  • Enabling business expenses to support you in your role - £400/pa allowance for equipment/technology for work, £100/pa allowance for self-directed learning in addition to learning and development provided, and a simple expenses policy to enable travel, team social events and celebrations and other spend required for your role
