Today 92% of the materials in our collection are more sustainably sourced.Job DescriptionAlthough no two days are ever the same, there are some things that you can expect to be involved in as a Visual Merchandiser includeOffering customers a high level of service, through styling advice, product knowledge and store experienceAnalyse selling information and take responsibility for the visual direction of the storeInstalling window displaysCreating inspiring outfits and styling mannequinsMerchandising stock on the shop floorSupport the sales staff with store operationsSet the visual merchandising standard for the store and train other managers and staffBeing a COS brand ambassador and providing the best experience for our customers.QualificationsTo work as a visual merchandiser/manager, you should have some previous visual merchandising experience plus the qualities below.Approximately 1 year experience as a visual merchandiser or visual assistantGood communication skillsCustomer focused & Good commercial abilitiesSelf-motivated, adaptable & positiveA genuine interest in othersOpen to learn about and sell our productsExcellent planning and organisational skillsCreative mindset & interest in keeping updated with the latest trends, competitorsAbility to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, weekends and evenings when requiredAdditional InformationWhen you join COS, you will be supported and encouraged by your team from your very first day.
