The Media Performance & KPIs Lead is the champion of Performance Media metrics and delivery within the transformed marketing organization, responsible for executing global media across Pfizer’s Health Care Professional (HCP) and Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) businesses across campaigns and stages of the engagement funnel. They will be energized by monitoring media performance & effectiveness and delivering insights & competitive media intelligence in conjunction with the CRM & Audience Intelligence and Media Measurement & Interpretation team. Alongside this strategic and executional view, they will also be responsible for developing and harmonizing Paid, Owned and Earned Media
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build the foundational stages of Pfizer global performance media with experience archetyping, implementing and launching a Pfizer’s inhouse / hybrid media capabilities with agencies, including programmatic, in a matrix organization.
- Ability to manage large teams across cross-channel video, paid media platform innovation, retail media & co-op, performance optimization, in-house programmatic, performance optimization and channel execution to execute campaigns that drive revenue, acquisition, and engagement goals, while optimizing global media budgets and maximizing measurable ROI.
- As you work to harmonize Paid, Owned, and Earned media, it's essential to analyze performance metrics across media channels and continually improve the team's output; you must stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to keep your team's performance at the cutting edge.
- Analyze teams’ output against campaign performance, leveraging metrics across channels to identify areas of improvement and develop plans that will enhance speed and agility.
- Maintain strong collaboration and relationships with CRM & Audience Intelligence to effectively target audiences across Paid, Owned and Earned channels and keeping Media Measurement & Interpretation executive leadership regularly informed of media performance and progress towards goals.
- Lead a global team of 19 people (based primarily in US) and manage annual budget.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
SPECIALIST EXPERTISE
- In-house or agency-side experience with growth marketing, performance marketing or digital marketing (client-side preferred, not required).
- Hands-on experience driving paid biddable media campaigns across digital channels including programmatic and SEM.
- Experience with media analytics for performance management and strategic adjustments, including familiarity with relevant media metrics.
- Experience in generating demand through mid-funnel full-funnel marketing campaigns.
- Experience with both traditional and social platforms strategy and management – Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads, Twitter Ads, etc.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage data to inform decision-making.
- B2B and B2C data-led marketing experience.
- Experience with leading agencies, ISV technology companies or consulting partners in performance marketing.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $232,300.00 to $387,200.00. In addition, this position offers an annual bonus with a target of 30.0% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program. Benefits offered include a retirement savings plan, paid vacation, holiday and personal days, paid caregiver/parental and medical leave, and health benefits to include medical, prescription drug, dental and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans. Pfizer compensation structures and benefit packages are aligned locally, the US Salary range provided does not apply to the Tampa, FL or any EXUS locations.
