Reporting to the Manager, IT Support the IT Support Engineer II will assist with all matters relating to operational duties of support in-office IT and audio / visual needs.

What you'll be doing:

• Support managing relationships with vendors used for in office support to include invoicing, account management, and scope of services.
• Manage inventory of assets available for workforce users.
• Identify and coordinate maintenance activities such as access point management, access badge issues, or other technology issues.
• Support troubleshooting technology related issues for workforce members in the office.
• Train support engineers on day to day operations of in office activities.
• Manage audio and visual equipment in office for various meetings including, but not limited to: C-Suite, ELT, and workforce.
• Provide 1 | 1 support to C-Suite for IT needs.
• Development of process to track metrics around in office requests.
• Develop and update standards, policies, and procedures as well as best practices documentation in line with compliance requirements
• Provide technical support to employees (typically OS and application issues)
• Lead development of automations and tooling especially as it relates to on-boarding and offboarding flows for assets

What we expect from you:

• 3-5 years of experience in an IT focused role
• Experience with Mac OS and iOS
• Self-starter, organized, efficient, and proactive
• Great communication skills
• Experience with JAMF and other MDM solution
• Working knowledge of Google Office Suite (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms, etc.)
• Experience developing creative solutions to complex problems
• Strong statistical and analytical skills
• Work on-site full time

The target salary range for this position is $105,000 - 125,800, and is part of a competitive total rewards package including stock options, benefits, and incentive pay for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all employee pay and compensation programs annually at minimum to ensure competitive and fair pay.
