We are looking for a Tech Customer Support Advisor to join our team, immediate start available. This is a full-time position working from our Warrington office, paying a basic salary £20,000.00-£25,000.00 + benefits!

As our Customer Help Desk Consultant, we can provide you with a whole host of training on our processes, products, and services… so all we require in return is a can-do attitude, a motivation to solve problems, collaboration, and the ability to work as a team. But most importantly, want to provide exceptional customer service!

Joining us as one of our Customer Help Desk Consultant, you will need excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and must be able to work at pace with strong attention to detail. You will also be open to always finding a better way of working and supporting our customers.

You will be joining a close knit high performing team with a positive, friendly, helpful, open and transparent culture. If successful in this Tech Customer Support Advisor role, you will be trained, developed, supported, and coached. The key to this role is the ability and love of problem solving, helping clients and colleagues, and completing tasks.

This Tech Customer Support Advisor role will require you to work from our modern, fresh, and engaging offices but you will have the flexibility and trust to work from home if needed.
