Job Description
We are searching for an experienced and passionate Hotel Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and customer service, as well as the ability to manage a team of staff. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of hotel operations, including but not limited to guest services, housekeeping, food and beverage, and financial management. The Hotel Manager must be able to effectively communicate with guests and staff members in order to ensure a positive guest experience.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the hotel.
- Ensure that all hotel policies and procedures are followed.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
- Manage staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and evaluating performance.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by responding to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and other operational data.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Oversee and manage all hotel departments, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, sales and marketing, maintenance, and security to ensure efficient operations and guest satisfaction.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the highest level of guest service and satisfaction.
- Set and achieve budget goals for the hotel and ensure profitability by closely monitoring expenses and revenue.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase occupancy and revenue.
- Hire, train, and manage staff to ensure they provide excellent service to guests and meet the hotel's standards and policies.

Salary: £27,500.00-£28,000.00 per year
