Elevation Recruitment Group are proud to partner with SPI Developments in their search for an Operations Manager. The recruitment is due to ongoing business growth and offers the opportunity for an individual to join the Senior Leadership Team of a thriving, Rotherham based SME.
WHO ARE SPI DEVELOPMENTS LTD?
Established in 2002, SPI Developments design, manufacture and assemble equipment that accurately delivers liquids into products, selling to customers all around the world, for the FMCG market. They and their machining subsidiary (A1 Precision) were acquired in 2018 by the Tembo Group, who are an environmentally focussed, family-owned Dutch technology business. As a result SPI Developments now manufacture innovative liquid application systems for a number of different markets, allowing an already successful business to grow further. They are now looking for an accomplished Operations Manager to improve processes and drive further growth.
The business will also soon be in new premises which will allow SPI and A1 Precision to bring design, machine shop and assembly teams working closely together under one roof. This will provide further opportunities for growth, so it is genuinely an incredibly interesting time to join the business.
