Requirements for Early Years Practitioner (Level 3):
- Level 3 Early Years qualification or above that is full and relevant
- Previous experience working in a day nursery
- Previous experience working with preschool children aged 3 - 4
- Knowledge of the UK EYFS
- Team player – teamwork is one of our central values
- Genuine passion for early years & making a difference to the lives of young children
- Positive outlook (someone who always sees the glass as half full)
- Has confidence/knowledge/experience to work with electronic nursery management system (we love using Famly)
- An enjoyment of the outdoors; come rain or shine
- DBS certificate/clean criminal record
Ideally, you will also have
- Knowledge &/or experience of ‘In The Moment Planning.’ (Don’t worry if you don’t but it is important that you know this is the way we ‘do our planning’)
The day-day role of an Early Years Practitioner (Level 3)
- To ensure that you provide the very highest quality of teaching, care & education

Salary: £26,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
