Role Profile

Be part of the Vodafone Learning Organisation (“VLO”), a global vertical established to deliver scaled impact, simplify and drive efficiency across the markets on talent, learning, people performance, leadership and skills activities.


The Project Coordination Manager will support and work alongside the Technology and Operations Senior Manager and the wider VLO Leadership Team they will play a key role supporting VLO products and operations across planning, budget, and engagement. By supporting the creation of project plans and tracking components of these plans on a daily basis, the role will be required to identify and prevent potential issues and ensure the VLO operates in an efficient systematic manner. There will be multiple sources of information so the individual be required to assimilate information and report concisely to a range of stakeholders.

Key Accountabilities

  • Facilitates the development and maintenance of the programme and project plans and dependency logs and identify planning issues and trends and recommend and implement solutions.
  • Manage and improve the communication plan for the VLO and ensure that key information is provided to the required stakeholders and audiences on time and to the required quality.
  • Build strong relations aross the VLO team and market and functional HR teams
  • Partner with the Learning Technology and Operations Senior Manager to manage governance, operational and engagement activities
  • Manage vendor optimisation, budget controls and governance across the VLO

  • Proven ability to support senior leaders and leadership teams
  • Experience and expertise to engage and build relationships across the organisation
  • A self-starter work on your own initiative as well as working within multiple teams

Must Have Technical/Professional Qualifications

  • Team player
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to influence essential
  • Have a track record in delivering large scale projects
  • Experience in project management
  • Leadership skills beneficial
  • Skills in MS Office, particularly Excel, Visio and PowerPoint.
