Terms and Conditions

Employees receive 30 days’ annual leave pro rata, plus bank holidays.

We offer a range of flexible working options, including part-time, compressed hours and annualised hours. All staff work flexi-time, choosing how to organise their working day around a set of core hours.

We provide paid time off for sickness absence, and offer generous pay during maternity, paternity and adoption leave.

Our salaries are competitive, with annual increments following successful appraisal. We are proud members of the Living Wage Foundation, dedicated to ensuring that all our staff receive a wage they can really live on.

Job Purpose

This role will support one of RCS’s cornerstone services – the In-Work Support
Service (IWSS). RCS is currently expanding its delivery of In-Work Support across
North Wales, Dyfed and Swansea Bay as part of Welsh Government’s expansion of the service across Wales.IWSS provides SME employees with support and therapies for mental and physical health conditions to help them sustain and flourish in work. The service also offers training and support to help SME employers create happier, healthier workplaces.

RCS previously delivered the service in North Wales from 2015 to 2022 through
European funding, supporting more than 7,500 employees and 280 businesses to improve their wellbeing at work,

Role Description

To coordinate effective delivery of the In-Work Support Service in North Wales or
Swansea Bay. You will oversee area-based performance, provide support, direction and supervision to a small team of front-line delivery staff, ensure effective internal and external communications, and build strong local working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
