We are looking for a Multinational Business Analyst based in London.


Your Team
AGCS is expanding its Multinational team and looking for a Business Analyst reporting directly to the Regional Head of Multinational to strengthen Allianz Multinational’s operating model. Our aim with he role is further integration and simplification of our products and servicing to boost productivity, improve service quality and reduce our cost of service.

Our Allianz Multinational team supports the business by capturing and coordinating policy information globally; from submissions through to billings and collections. We pride ourselves on delivering excellent customer service and operational effectiveness for our clients through strong collaboration with Underwriting, Accounts, Claims, and Credit Control.


The Impact You Will Have
Some of your specific responsibilities could include:
  • Deliver cross-functional and global analysis, consultancy and training to improve Allianz Multinational’s ability to deliver its value proposition to clients.
  • Work to understand existing business environment, business needs and elicit business requirements from stakeholders at all levels of seniority. Manages end-to-end clear traceability, maintenance, prioritization, change control and approval mechanisms while acting as a champion of project management methods.
  • Identify business improvement opportunities relating to organization, business processes, organizational capabilities and business IT applications and create final proposals for management review.
  • Assist in the development, system testing, user acceptance testing and implementation of solutions by working closely with solution partners, suppliers, and business stakeholders.
  • Learn from previous experience and understand how benefits have been delivered by participating in post-implementation reviews, lessons learned sessions and knowledge share/peer reviews.
  • Support in driving data accuracy across multiple platforms through report creation and data manipulation.
  • System Super User ensuring global standards and guiding principles are followed while representing the team in local and global projects.


What You’ll Ideally Bring to the Role
We’d like to find someone with a passion for working in a diverse, cross-functional team in an international and dynamic corporate environment. They would ideally have:
  • Ability to break complex subjects into manageable pieces, proactively and quickly making sense of complex issues; responding effectively to complex and ambiguous situations in global matrix scenarios by identifying and initiating appropriate actions for remediation and follow through on actions
  • Experience with managing projects: from individual task management to ability to manage large complex projects
  • Support change within a large organization, including stakeholder management, change curve, communication, influencing and motivating others without direct authority ensuring positive outcomes
  • Ability to organize, host and steer cross functional and international workshops
  • Independently drive data analysis and can present clear results with actions
  • Excellent verbal / written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Advanced organizational and time management skills
