Our Provisioning Specialists handle services post order, automating processes while escalating and monitoring issues as and when they arise. As a provisioner you will collaborate with the Pax8 Service Desk, Product, Sales and Engineering teams to deliver exceptional services to our partners from start to finish. If you thrive on problem solving issues while following processes with accuracy and efficiency, being the go to specialist while being supported through comprehensive training and clear progression path to utilise and develop your technical skills, we'd love to hear from you!

Your Day to Day in this role includes:

Post order processing of Cloud and SaaS services

Handling incoming tickets inquiries from partners, support and sales staff about orders

Professionally communicating any updates or delays to stakeholders

Creating internal processes for customer account updates

Problem solving errors on automated orders

Championing new vendor releases
-
Utilising SQL for database and root cause analysis
You have:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills to people of varying technical knowledge

The ability to learn and adapt to technological changes

An eye for detail and can resolve complex problems with efficient solutions using excellent problem solving skills.

Requirements:
You'll be ideal for this role if you have:

Have experience in a technical and/or customer service environment.

Direct customer advocacy and engagement experience in post-sales or professional services function

Strong ability to understand and balance the unique needs of multiple stakeholders

Enjoy learning and collaboration around driving efficiencies and improvements

A genuine, keen interest in Technology and a desire to flourish within a supportive, supersonically growing Global organisation
