Job Description

Tecknomic is searching for several temporary, full-time Administrative and IT professionals for long-term projects with the Baltimore County Public School System (BCPSS). These are full-time Department Assistant – Human Capital, Executive Assistant – Board Office, Executive Assistant to Chief Executive Officer, Mail Assistant – Senior, Secretary I/II & Office Assistant, and Staff Associate - Inventory positions with Tecknomic and the project is with BCPSS.

The Human Capital Department Assistant supports the administration of the day-to-day operations of the human resources office. JOB SUMMARY

Assists the Board Executive and staff to ensure and maintain effective liaison, appropriate confidentiality, and coordination on matters relating to board governance, operations, and policy development research support. Provides research and policy analysis to support the Board's policy development role and organizational and financial analyses oversight function.

EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT - CEO

JOB SUMMARY
Assists the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) in monitoring and managing executive assignments and activities. Ensures effective liaison, appropriate confidentiality, and coordination with academic and administrative departments. Provides day to day management and supervision of the CEO Office including but not limited to managing the CEO's schedule, responding to all correspondence, researching and providing CEO with applicable background material relating to meetings, conferences, and special assignments. Represents CEO at meetings and functions as assigned.

SENIOR MAIL ROOM ASSISTANT

JOB SUMMARY
Functions a lead worker in the collecting, processing, and delivery of incoming and outgoing mail and parcels. Assists in the oversight and participates in the pick up, receipt and distribution of U.S. and inter-office mail.
Prepares incoming mail for distribution and processes outgoing mail, including collection of mail, determining and affixing postage, and maintaining records on postage, registered mail and packages.
