Gotya Technologies, an innovative software startup dedicated to solving real-world issues through cutting-edge Artificial Intelligence, is seeking an experienced and innovative B2C Digital Growth Marketer. We have developed the world’s first patent-protected, real-time telephone scam detection software, and we're on a transformative journey to revolutionize telephone security. Our ultimate mission is to eradicate telephone scams completely, safeguarding vulnerable individuals worldwide.
In anticipation of the launch of our Mobile application, we need a growth-focused digital marketer. Your primary role will be to drive growth in our user base, increase brand visibility, engage with influencers, grow our social media presence, and help create a buzz around our product.
We are specifically searching for an individual who possesses a deep-rooted desire to contribute to the betterment of society, a strong ambition, and the ability to work autonomously, with the potential to evolve into a leadership position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement digital growth marketing strategies aimed at increasing user acquisition, retention, and engagement.
- Harness the power of SEO, social media, influencer marketing, content marketing, PPC, email campaigns, and other digital channels to amplify brand visibility and stimulate growth.
- Partner with influencers and other potential brand ambassadors to expand our reach and amplify our brand message.
- Conduct market research and analysis to gain insights into consumer behaviour and preferences, using these insights to refine and optimize digital marketing efforts.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align digital marketing initiatives with overall business goals.
- Monitor, track, and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, assessing against growth objectives (ROI and KPIs).
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year experience as a B2C Digital Growth Marketer or in a similar role.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing channels and growth hacking techniques.
- Experience with SEO, Google Analytics, social media platforms, and influencer marketing.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build relationships with influencers and stakeholders.
- A team player with a strong drive to grow a product's user base.

- Salary: £27,500-£35,000 – Paid upon level of experience
