For us to succeed in our exciting growth plan, we are looking for an inspirational, commercially astute, and highly experienced Managing Director to lead the business in the next phase of its development. Reporting to the Chairman, the Managing Director will be responsible for the design and execution of a 5-year strategic plan to deliver high quality and sustainable growth in apprenticeship and skills for the Sports and Leisure industry.
The successful applicant will be a dynamic and driven leader with a proven track record of delivering profitable, high-quality and sustainable growth in the education and skills sector. This is a hands-on role that requires all round expertise in strategy, business development, financial and operational management. The MD will need to be an exceptional communicator with the ability to inspire and lead a committed team of education professionals.
