Salary: £13,694 (£34,235 FTE)
Are you a Ceramics tutor or practitioner with experience of teaching this art form to adult learners? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced individual to join the 3D team where you will work with the department to contribute to the design and delivery of a high-quality Ceramics programme.
You’ll be a key contributor to our thriving School of Visual Arts, where you will have the opportunity to work with tutors, students, and technicians in the coordination of the programme but also in the design and development of courses ensuring that they meet the needs of learners. Candidates will have knowledge of working with a variety of different ceramic processes, and experience of working with a broad range of materials and techniques as well as the use of digital technology.

- Demonstrable experience of teaching adults Ceramics or an in an area relevant to Ceramics
- Up-to-date knowledge, enthusiasm, and interest in Ceramics.
- Experience of developing and managing courses and curriculum in an adult education setting (desirable)
- Experience of supervising or managing a team of teachers (desirable).
- Excellent communication skills and an ability to adapt approach to engage with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
- Effective time management skills.
- Demonstrable evidence of decision making.
