During your placement, you will support the (Senior) Associate Relationship Managers and the team leader in the various day-to-day tasks relating to the Wealth Management client business.Management of basic day-to-day customer operations (receipt of requests, support in processing requests, data entry, checking and archiving)Controlling and monitoring specific processes for quality purposesPreparing customer appointmentsSupport for data analysis and processingYour skills:Ideally 2- or 3-years' higher education in finance/accountingHave an interest in the banking environment.Be methodical, autonomous, rigorous and organizedCustomer / result orientedKnowledge of Microsoft Office (Word / Excel, Access is an asset)Team player / Stress resistantFluent in French & English (German is an asset)BIL offers a broad range of challenging projects and a huge choice of career paths .We will assist you in finding the one that best meets your skills and expectations.
