We are recruiting for a Food and Beverage Operations Administrator to support the park team with their daily operation. This role is fast paced and requires someone with the ability to multi-task and ensure the Concessions within the Park F&B Concessions Team deliver to their targets daily, weekly and monthly.

What does this role entail?
A day in the life of a Food and Beverage Assistant would include…
- Supporting the Concessions Manager in the day to day, weekly & monthly administration tasks required to ensure the concessions remain within the P&L budgets.
- Supporting the Concessions Manager in the training documentation to ensure the team are safe and legal to work
- Ensuring the rosters for the Concessions are reviewed and amended to ensure the department is adequately staffed against the requirement
- Conducting team briefings with the team, ensuring they are updated in all the relevant information for the trading day
- Being on hand to answer calls from the concession stands and solving problems quickly and efficiently
- Liaising with suppliers to resolve issues or requirements in a timely manner
- Coordinating the daily operation by ensuring all areas are covered and the team receive lunch breaks in accordance to the working law
- Working closely with the Scheduling Team by reporting any absences, lateness or sickness and completing relevant Return to Work meetings with the team
- Updating the Concessions Manager with any ER related matters
- Assisting with the stock take process

- Previous Food and Beverage or Administration experience
