Do you want a hybrid role?Do you have facilities maintenance/hard services experience?Are you an experienced contract manager?Our client are currently seeking a Contract Manager to join their industry leading Term Maintenance division to manage their new Defence estate contract. The contract is to deliver electrical and mechanical planned and reactive maintenance via a 3rd party contractor.As Contract Manager you will be responsible for the overall delivery of all aspects of the work including labour management, financials and deliverables.The duties of the Contract Manager role will include:Supporting our clients from the pre- planning and pre-programming of works through to completionWriting health and safety plans, method statements and risk assessments, ensuring that all sites have the appropriate documentationEnsuring the smooth running of sites through regular liaison with key stakeholders, supervisors, and sub-contractorsEnsuring that the works programme is effectively resourced with labour, plant and materialsMonitoring works and performance against the contract to enable the accurate submission of accurate monthly invoices and final account settlementBuilding effective and professional working relationships with clients and key stakeholdersManaging a team of supervisors and support staff, ensuring the continuous development of skills by undertaking training needs analysisUndertake site visits, audit visits and client meetings.Ensuring Financial targets are met and implementing changes.Requirements:Need for a proactive Contract Manager who has experience in delivering public sector contracts in the hard services engineering field. You will have solid experience in MS 365 and facilities management work flow management system.Experience of working on Term Maintenance contracts or for public bodies would be beneficial.You will hold a NVQ level 4 / HND or above in a construction or engineering-related field as well as a CSCS card, a full UK driving license and a safety management qualification such as IOSH or SMSTS.Wage: £60k + dependant on experiencePension SchemeCar allowanceHybrid working - 2 office-based days and 3 days work from home.
