The Opportunity
- Strategic planning, budgeting, cost and forecasting, P&L for relevant country sites
- Deliver’s targets for the sites including revenue, profit margin and conversion
- Applies the ON overall trade calendar with localized needs and optimizations
- Continuous competitor & market analysis; adjusts plans
- Weekly & monthly data reporting incl. input into MBRs
- Regular site walks to continuously improve the consumer experience and conversion
- Ensures optimized site navigation, search and product merchandising
- Drives core KPIs, provides weekly input for ON trade meeting & ensure follow-up trade actions taken
- Customer Service/NPS scores
- Provides input for Product portfolio and innovation
- The Skills you will bring to the team
- More than 2 years of relevant D2C experience
- More than 2 years of P&L accountability
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
- Additional e-commerce courses
- Skilled at software such as Google Analytics and Tableau
- Commercial & Marketing savviness
- Growth mindset

- Proven team player
