Pay rate: £12.88 - £13.91 per hour
Location: Southampton, SO16
Shift time: 5:30pm - 10pm
We're working with a gentleman in Southampton who has complex care needs following a road traffic accident in 2003. He is PEG fed, requires support with personal care and epilepsy support and management.
He enjoys going shopping with his support workers, attending hydrotherapy, and visiting his cabin in Weymouth!

Support Workers cover all manners of support for others – from companionship and days out, to personal care and housekeeping. You’ll be working with someone living with complex care needs and receive fully paid, on the job training. So, whether you’re an experienced support worker or completely new to the sector, you’ll have the opportunity to build your skills in a safe and trusted environment.
He requires support with personal care support, and needs his support workers to be respectful and understanding as he can become agitated or frightened easily. He is non verbal and often likes to watch cartoons!
