Advantis is a leading debt collection company located in an historic grade 2 listed building in the heart of the city of Stoke-On-Trent. Our clients are some of the UK’s largest Utility, Retail and Government bodies. Salary - £20,000
Location – Stoke-On-Trent
Contract – Permanent
Working Hours – Rotational shift pattern Between 8am – 7pm Monday to Friday

The role:
As a webchat agent you will be responsible for handling all customer queries via our online chat services, understanding each customers needs and tailoring a personal response. You will play an active role in supporting our contact centre by collecting overdue payments and arranging payment plans. To be successful you will use your excellent communication and negotiation skills to reach the best and fair resolution for our customers.
You’ll be working in a fast-paced environment where ‘first time resolution’ lies at the heart of what we do. It is therefore important you are self-motivated, target driven and able to handle several chats at a time to ensure we provide the best possible customer journey whilst meeting our client expectations.
The role is challenging yet rewarding as you’ll be dealing with a variety of customers with different financial situations each day and tailoring solutions to help them on the road to financial recovery.
To help you launch your career with Advantis, we will provide in-depth induction training where you will quickly become an expert on the Credit Industry, our bespoke systems, and clients. Following the completion of your probation we’ll help you to develop your skills even further and for those who want to progress, create the right opportunities.
