Based within Home Recruitment and Conversion, you will be a key member of the team responsible for the University’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) activities.
You will support the CRM team in delivering the communications plan for primarily the Postgraduate audience, working closely with the PG CRM Officer. The role involves producing creative email templates and using logic to segment audiences for the communications. You will work with schools, departments and other teams within the division to ensure communications are of the highest quality and reflect current messaging and content.
We are looking for someone who is processes-driven and who can learn and work quickly with a high level of accuracy at all times. You will have an interest in developing your skills in communications and design, previous experience in this area is desirable but not essential.
