- To support the delivery of high quality administrative technical services in the team which will assist in the effective delivery within the team.
- To support all aspects of administrative function for the team
- Mail merge and development of template letters
- Assist with preparation of documents for the relevant service areas i.e. Employment Tribunals, casework
- To support the delivery of high quality administrative technical services throughout the team.
- To monitor the relevant team inboxes responding to internal and external customers in a timely and accurate manner with a proactive and helpful attitude.
- Provide support, technical expertise and assist the HR function.
- Ensure a high quality of documentation is prepared for all correspondence
- Support the team members in the organisation and administration involved in the provision of high-quality services.
- Organise and maintain electronic diaries, arranging meetings and appointments where necessary for the function
- Receive and distribute correspondence maintaining an appropriate system for tracking and monitoring on behalf of the function
