Apprenticeship Program Coordinator

Location: Client site, Central London

Career Level: Senior Analyst

Duration : 12 month Fixed Term Contract

This is a client based and not part of the Accenture apprenticeship team.

As a Apprenticeship Program Coordinator , you will:

  • Support the apprenticeship program life cycle (e.g. onboard, streamline program aspects, execute engagement activations, evaluation process, and offboarding) in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders

  • Support the Program Manager by executing the tasks and action items in running of the program

  • Establish effective relationships with a variety of cross-functional teams and be responsible for streamlining processes and providing consistent communication with internal and external stakeholders

  • Support the apprentices in their profession to set them up for success

  • Establish vendor relations and support them to deliver as per Google’s expectations by tracking their performance and providing regular feedback

  • Maintain consistency, follow centralised guidelines and adopt best practises in the running of the program

  • Ensure an inclusive, fair and equitable experience for apprentices

  • Work on special projects that support the overall apprenticeship program

Scope of work:

Apprentice onboarding: The vendor will be responsible for ensuring that all apprentices are properly onboarded into the program. This includes aligning all event logistics on-site as per the schedule and agenda, timely communication with the apprentices related to the onboarding tasks and following up on the pending matters.

Monthly engagement activations: To build the apprentice community and enable knowledge sharing, the program team engages with the apprentice and manager community at least 4-5 times every month. This plan aims to engage program stakeholders regularly, in order to ensure we are on track to meeting the program’s success metrics. This includes setting coffee chats, weekly office hours, team meetings, upskill sessions, spotlight sessions, leadership talks and fun activities. All these engagements are on-site and require the vendors to manage all the event logistics, coordination for a smooth and enhanced experience of the program.

Career readiness: The vendor will be responsible for executing the career readiness plan as prepared by the program team. This would include managing logistics as per agenda, coordination with the third-party trainer, facilitators and the apprentices to effectively build on this critical phase. This would include setting meeting rooms, coordinating tech checks, branding, signages, ensuring food and drinks are available to the attendees and guest speakers, helping them navigate the office space when required and managing any on-site requests.

Off-boarding: The vendor will be responsible to coordinate the exit processes and execute the end of program celebrations for the exiting cohorts.

- Liaise with event agency, training provider and other stakeholders during the event planning process to ensure everything is in order.

- Manage all event set-up, tear down, and follow-up processes.

- Book venues, entertainers, photographers, and schedule speakers.

- Conduct final inspections on the day of the event to ensure everything is smooth

- Update documentation related to the completion of the program and helping maintain the alumni community

Maintaining the apprenticeships program documentation: The vendor will be responsible for maintaining the apprenticeships program website, including updating the linked documentation

Managing feedback process and surveys: The vendor will be responsible for managing the feedback process and surveys for the apprenticeships program.

This includes sending the feedback forms as per set schedule, collecting feedback from apprentices and managers, and sharing this feedback with the program team to improve the program.

Apprentice Evaluation process: The vendor will be responsible for conducting the 6- monthly expectation evaluation. This involves sending out the comms, managing the tools, collecting the assessments and reports and share the findings as per the program team’s requirements.


We are looking for experience in the following skills:

  • Experience in program management
  • Some knowledge around candidate sourcing and screening
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
