Our Housekeeping Assistants work within the “heart of the house” and bring their personality and flair to provide a warm and friendly service to our guests.
The guest journey is paramount, so you'll know how to deliver a fantastic experience for our guests, time and time again, achieving Grand standards.
What you will do:
- To service guest bedrooms to The Grand Housekeeping standard required - presenting immaculate beds, bathrooms and corridors.
- To be accountable for the allocated section of bedrooms ensuring a high standard of presentation is second nature.
- Be flexible to jump into any role within the housekeeping department when needed.
- Contribute to creating a warm and welcoming environment for our guests and colleagues.
- Give full co-operation to any guest requiring assistance.
Ideal candidate:
- Team player
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Strong communication skills
- Previous experience is desired but not essential, but must be willing to learn
- Be fully flexible to be able to work shift patterns through weekdays and weekends
