We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced customer service professional to join our client as a Customer Service Advisor. You will be the first point of contact for residents, taking incoming phone calls and responding to emails, booking appointments, assisting with raising work orders and responding to queries relating to contract administration. You will be required to keep the system always updated to keep accurate records.
This role is based in Dartford, supporting Dartford Council contract. You will work 40 hours per week between 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday.
What are we looking for?
We are keen to speak to candidates who have previous telephone-based customer service experience, ideally within the repairs or housing sector but this is not essential. You will have excellent communication skills, be naturally empathetic and have a real passion for always providing the highest level of customer service. You will also have experience in data entry and have the ability to use your initiative when speaking to residents, colleagues and stakeholders.
